1. Agreement to these terms
Storage Care: Phone Cleaner (the “App”) is provided by GOLDEN BOAT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Golden Boat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating from Vietnam. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or misuse the App except where applicable law does not permit a restriction.
You are responsible for using the App lawfully and for ensuring that you have the right to view, manage, delete, or otherwise process the device content, contacts, calendar items, and Gmail conversations you select.
3. Your content and cleanup choices
The App may help you identify storage items, contacts, calendar records, or Gmail conversations for review. You remain in control of each action. You must review selections before confirming a cleanup, removal, merge, or deletion action.
Some device cleanup features are subject to Android’s permission model and operating-system limitations. The App cannot access data that Android or another app keeps private, and it may not be able to recover content removed outside the available restore period.
4. Optional Gmail connection
Clean Email is an optional feature. If you choose to connect Gmail, Google will display an authorization screen describing the Gmail permission requested. We use the Gmail API to show Gmail information necessary for the feature and to carry out only actions you explicitly select: moving selected conversations to Gmail Trash, restoring selected conversations, or permanently deleting selected conversations that are already in Gmail Trash after a separate confirmation.
We do not automatically delete Gmail content. You may disconnect Gmail in the App at any time, or remove access through your Google Account permissions. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies.
5. Purchases, premium features, and advertising
The App may offer subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium features through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Google Play and the terms presented to you at purchase. We may show advertising in the free version of the App. Advertising availability can vary by country, device, and network conditions.
6. Availability and third-party services
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary. Certain features rely on third-party services, including Android, Google Play, Google Gmail APIs, advertising providers, and optional AI processing providers. Their availability and policies are outside our control.
AI-enhanced results are generated automatically and may not meet every expectation. Review any generated result before saving, sharing, or relying on it.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Golden Boat does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to recover deleted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Boat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the App, our business, or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If you have questions, contact [email protected].
